The food we eat turns on or off genes in our body to determine our health today and tomorrow.

I believe the most impactful thing we can do for our health is to optimize the foods that we eat in a day. Changing our diet can be hard but very rewarding. โœจEat real food. Eat food that that supports your biochemistry.

Supplements can be amazing and are often a part of a comprehensive plan but they arenโ€™t the answer to all of our problems. When used appropriately, supplements can help to address the root cause of a health concern and/or treat symptoms so they're more manageable.

Supplements are not a quick fix but they do have an important & powerful role! ๐Ÿ’Š

Thereโ€™s a TON of research for different supplements but we canโ€™t forget about the foundations. Ideally weโ€™re getting the majority of our nutrients from food and consider supplements supplemental to our diet or used for targeted treatment with a specific purpose! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
