Holiday Goal: Self-Care


What are you doing for yourself this holiday?

Self-care is so important and no, it’s not selfish!! ♥️ Show yourself some love. Do things that fuel you & restore you so that you can be your best self. We give so much to others but often we forget to give to ourselves!

Here are some ideas for self-care over the holidays: ♦️ schedule walks or exercise you enjoy ♦️ read a good book ♦️ take an epsom salt bath ♦️ say “no” to things that don’t serve you ♦️ book a self-care treatment ♦️ phone a good friend ♦️ take extra down time to rest ♦️ indulge in a treat and ditch the guilt ♦️ schedule time to do an activity YOU enjoy
