REST, Don't Quit


Feeling exhausted, sick, overwhelmed or burnt out? REST! ✨

Learn to rest and to be okay with resting. Your body needs rest. You are allowed to say no to things and you are allowed to do nothing sometimes. Take some self care! ✌🏼

The key is to view this as rest and not as quitting. Rest is essential for growth and I seriously think rest IS productive - although I didn’t used to think this way and I still struggle sometimes.

REST and then get back out there and keep working to reach your goals. Taking some rest can help you to see the bigger picture, realign your goals/values & nourish your body so you can feel unstoppable and show up as your best self! 💖
